Relaxing and Healing all at Once?

Many large all-inclusive resorts throughout the world offer packages that combine surgeries/operations with luxurious vacations.  Places such as Mexico, Thailand and Singapore participate in these types of cost saving cosmetic vacations. 

        The hotels partner up with highly reputable hospitals and clinics and carry out surgeries at a fraction of the cost.  Many people would much rather choose a vacation surgery than one of staying at home recovering in your boring house. Laying on the beach or exploring ancient Mayans ruins sounds much more interesting to most people out there. 

        The hotels that are involved in these medical surgery vacations are 4, 4 ½, and 5 star hotels which offer a multitude of options.  People can swim in the pools (great for rehabilitation) or relax in the hot tubs, lay on the beach if you are still in pain and can’t quite get around too well yet, or even participate in many activities depending which state of healing you are in.  From hiking through the rainforest to snorkelling, these surgical resorts have it all!

          Besides offering great activities at these resorts, they also offer five star food.  Chefs from all over the world work at these hotels and produce some of the most delicious meals one could ever dream of eating.  From seafood buffets to steak and lamb there is anything your heart desires.  Also the deserts are definitely worth a postcard and picture!  The pastry chefs are world-class and from personal experience if you go to a buffet, begin with the deserts before the other food, as you definitely don’t want to miss out on those delectable sweet treats.  

        Rooms are extremely clean, bright and spacious, but if your budget allows choose a themed room.  They are unique and beautiful and will rekindle the magic between you and your partner.  There are Mexican theme rooms as well as fairy tale, African Safari, and Igloo rooms!  I would choose the Roman/Greek room again if I could. It was gorgeous with marble sprawled flooring and counters.  The walls were covered in a thin chiffon type fabric and the bed was a four post king size that was as plush as a cloud in heaven.  The highlight of the Greek room was the huge Jacuzzi which was surrounded by marble pillars and murals of the Greek landscape.  Sitting in the hottub and closing your eyes allows you to daydream of actually being in Greece, enjoying the beautiful sights and smells. 

        Medical surgery vacations such as these make it all worthwhile and definitely more pleasurable spending your time in a tropical haven.
